The technician was very nice and friendly and took his time answering my questions before he started to work. Especially since we apparently got a special situation in this house we're renting missing half of the duct work that is suppose to be there. So he explained to me how it's suppose to be. So hopefully we can get that fixed. And he was SO nice to our 2 year old daughter who was curious about what he was doing. He was also kind to only charge us half the price of the quote I got since he did about half the work because of our duct situation. As newer owners of an old house, I was doing some house projects and trying to paint when I noticed dust settling on the wet paint - Rrrr, so frustrating! I took the vent cover off one of the cold air returns and shone a flashlight down there and was horrified at the amount of dirt and dust! I called Natonal Duct and they sent Justin over pronto!!! He cleaned the duct work did a fabulous job! Such a great guy, so thorough, so respectful and answered all of my questions throughout the process. He took pictures to show me what was collected - including retrieving a ball for my dog! hahaha!! Not sure how that got into the duct work, but I'm sure lost pencil crayons, loose change, dinky cars from years gone by, mixed in with the dirt and dust are the norm! Breathing easier now and noticeably less dust floating around! I can resume painting now! Thanks Justin! I would highly recommend!
