We are closely monitoring our employees for symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, including fever, sneezing, cough, headache, or shortness of breath. Any technician showing such signs, even mildly, will be immediately sent home and replaced on the truck. Our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for both our team and our customers remains unwavering during these challenging times.
To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, any employee who has traveled internationally or by plane will be quarantined for 14 days. They will only be allowed to come back to work if illness does not develop during that period. We prioritize the health and well-being of our team and take proactive measures to minimize any potential risks during these uncertain times.
If you feel unwell before or even during our service, do not hesitate to call our office. We will cancel the service and reschedule at no additional cost to you.
