What an amazing difference after they cleaned the ducts in my new (to me) home. Josh Bennett was on time, explained... everything well, and did an amazing job cleaning out about 30 years of accumulated dust in all the ducts and dryer vent. I can feel the difference and my new dryer will appreciated it's fresh start. We had our ducts cleaned and when they were done our furnace had a rattle that it didn’t have before. They came back... but basically said that it is not their problem. Now we have to get a repair company in. The tech that came was nice but I would not have them back nor would I recommend them.read more

For a company with 14 trucks and many employees, this company is extremely un reliable. Either the people doing the... scheduling in the office have no clue what they are doing, or I guess when one man calls in sick the whole company falls apart! I have been cancelled on twice at the very last minute do to both excuses above. I will be going back to trusted highland restoration for all our residential, and commercial duct cleaning on all of our projects coming up this year.read more
